Can I restrict spending and mandate approvals?

Of course! Our Spend Management solution comes with the ability to create multi-layer approval flows. You can customise approvals based on transaction amount or spend category so you know team expenses are always kept in control.

What type of user roles and permissions are there?

You’re able to add Admin, Finance or Employee users to your account. With these user roles, you’re able to control user payment permissions, whether they can view account balance etc. More information can be found here. P.S. Custom User Roles feature is coming soon!
